Listings & Content
- Professionals control their profiles, availability, and pricing ranges.
- You grant GigHorse a license to host, display, and promote your content.
- You represent you have rights to all content you upload.
Inquiries, Quotes, and Bookings
- Clients may submit inquiries; professionals may respond with quotes.
- Booking terms (scope, date, fees, cancellation) are set between client and professional.
- Platform messages may be reviewed for trust and safety.
Payments, Fees, and Refunds
- Payments and payouts may be processed by third-party providers.
- Platform fees (if applicable) are disclosed prior to payment.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the booking agreement and applicable law.
Professional & Client Conduct
- Be professional, responsive, and accurate in your communications.
- No harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct.
- Comply with venue rules, permits, and local regulations.
Intellectual Property
- GigHorse content and trademarks are owned by GigHorse and protected by law.
- Third-party content is owned by respective licensors.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify GigHorse from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
